About the role

Join us as our first Head of Sales to lead both inside sales and field sales motions as we build our revenue engine from the ground up.

You'll work directly with our CEO and founding team to establish repeatable sales processes, personally close high-value deals, and scale our revenue from early traction to significant growth.

This is a rare opportunity to be the architect of our entire sales function while having direct impact on our product and go-to-market strategy.

As our first dedicated sales hire, you'll transition us from founder-led sales to a scalable, predictable revenue engine that supports both remote and in-person customer engagement across multiple sales channels.

What you'll do

Build & Scale Multi-Channel Revenue Generation

• From Day One, you'll be hands-on in driving revenue - this isn't a delegated role. You must be able to personally execute the full sales process while building the foundation for scale:
• Drive daily prospecting sequences, own existing sales processes, and run active deals today - personally managing pipeline, conducting discovery calls, delivering demos, and closing opportunities
