Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our growing team and help build AI-powered features that predict and simulate production incidents before they occur. You'll work on expanding cloud service integrations, particularly within the Azure ecosystem, and contribute to key architectural decisions as we scale our Go backend services.

What You'll Do

• Build new cloud service integrations with an initial focus on expanding Azure ecosystem support
• Develop AI-powered features that simulate and predict production incidents before they occur
• Contribute to architectural decisions as we expand our Go backend services
• Participate in first responder rotations and incident response as the company scales
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and the CEO to rapidly iterate on ideas

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of backend engineering experience in Go
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity
